Established in 1870, the Elkhill Group of Estates is situated in the Kodagu (Coorg) district of Karnataka, one of India’s finest coffee-growing regions. With elevations ranging from 1,500 to 4,000 feet, Elkhill is renowned worldwide for producing some of the finest Robusta coffees and high-quality Arabicas.

Elkhill's group of 5 Estates was established in 1870 in the verdant hills of Kodagu (Coorg), Karnataka - one of India’s most celebrated coffee-growing regions. Elkhill embodies generations of quiet excellence, where fertile soil, ideal elevation, perfect rainfall and modern technology come together to produce coffees of remarkable character.
COFFEES
Spread across 750 hectares, Elkhill’s five estates produce over 600 metric tonnes of exceptional coffee each year. The portfolio includes Robusta Parchment, Robusta Cherry, Organic Robusta (Parchment and Cherry), Arabica Plantation, and Arabica Cherry.
PROCESSING
Elkhill produces arguably the world’s finest washed Robustas (Parchment), along with high-quality washed Arabicas (Plantation), crafted through a fermentation and washing process. All Elkhill coffees are cured and prepared at the estate’s own state-of-the-art curing works, ensuring complete control over quality from harvest to market.
SPECIALTY COFFEES
Launching in 2026, Elkhill Estates’ new Specialty Coffee range celebrates innovation rooted in tradition. Lots are carefully crafted using diverse processing methods, each designed to highlight their distinctive character and complex flavour notes. Processes include Fermented Naturals, Naturals, Fermented and Washed, Pulped / Honey Sun-Dried, and more.
